Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit revbot.id, request a demo, or use the Revbot hotel revenue management system ("the Service") provided by PT Tria Satya Teknologi, trading as Revbot Technologies ("Revbot", "we"). By using the website or the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a hotel or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it.

1. The Service

Revbot reads data from your property management system, channel manager and rate shopper, and recommends or, when you switch on Auto-Pilot, applies room rates within the rules, floors and ceilings you set. You remain responsible for your hotel's prices, restrictions and inventory, and for checking that the rules you set match your commercial intentions.

2. Free demo

We may offer a free 7-day demo account. A demo is provided as is, may use sample or limited data, and ends automatically unless you sign a subscription. We may decline or end a demo at any time.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Prices depend on the number of rooms, properties and modules and are set out in your quote or order form.
  • Invoices are payable by the due date shown, in the currency stated, through the payment methods we offer.
  • If an invoice is overdue we may suspend the Service after giving you notice, and resume it once payment is received.
  • Subscription length, renewal and cancellation follow your order form. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the order form says otherwise.

4. Your account and data

  • Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • Your hotel's data remains yours. We use it only to provide and improve the Service for you, keep it separate per property, and never share it with another hotel.
  • You grant us the access needed to connect to your PMS, channel manager and rate shopper, and you confirm you are entitled to give it.
  • Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • try to access other customers' data, or test, scan or disrupt the Service's security;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Connections to third-party systems (PMS, channel managers, OTAs, rate shoppers) depend on those providers. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, revbot.id and their content, software and trademarks belong to Revbot or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own properties while it is active.

8. Liability

Rate recommendations are based on the data available and the rules you set; results such as occupancy and revenue depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, Revbot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

Either party may end the subscription as set out in the order form, or immediately if the other party seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of notice. When it ends, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days, after which we delete it except where the law requires us to keep it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in Denpasar, Bali.
