Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Revbot Technologies ("Revbot", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit revbot.id, chat with us, request a demo, or respond to our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn or Google. We process personal data in line with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, "UU PDP").

1. Data we collect

  • Details you give us — name, work email, phone number, hotel or company, job title, number of rooms, current PMS and any message you send through our demo form, website chat or a lead form on Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Chat conversations — the questions you ask in the website chat and the answers given.
  • Usage data — pages visited, referring site or ad, campaign parameters (UTM), approximate country, device type and a random visitor ID stored in your browser.
  • Advertising and analytics tags — revbot.id uses Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits and the performance of our ads, and to show our ads to people who visited the site.

2. Why we use it

  • To respond to your demo request or question and set up a demo account.
  • To send you information about Revbot that you asked for, and — only if you agreed — product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use revbot.id and improve the site, our ads and our service.

Our legal basis is your consent and, where you ask us for a demo or a quote, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run revbot.id and talk to you, under their data protection terms: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase, servers in Singapore), email delivery (Resend), team notifications (Telegram), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Some of these providers process data outside Indonesia; we choose providers that protect data to a standard at least equal to UU PDP.

4. How we protect it

Access to personal data is limited to the Revbot team members who need it, protected by login and encryption in transit. Hotel data inside the Revbot application is separated per property and never shared with another hotel. Under UU PDP, collecting, disclosing or using someone's personal data unlawfully is a criminal offence, punishable by up to five years in prison and fines of up to IDR 5 billion. We take this obligation seriously and do everything in our power to keep your data safe. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as UU PDP requires.

5. How long we keep it

Demo requests, lead form answers and chat conversations are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Usage data is kept for up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under UU PDP you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it or stop processing it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

Email support@revbot.id and we will reply within 3 × 24 hours of receiving your request.

7. Cookies

Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag place cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn account settings.
