Your data stays yours
Each hotel's data is kept separate. One property's reservations, rates or reports are never shared with, or visible to, another hotel.
Access per user, per property
Every user has their own login and sees only the properties they are given. Your team decides who can view reports and who can change rates.
Encrypted connections
Revbot runs over HTTPS, so data between your browser, your systems and Revbot is encrypted in transit.
You stay in control of rates
Auto-Pilot only moves rates between the floor and ceiling you set, following your own rules. Every change is written to the rate log, and Auto-Pilot can be switched off at any time.
Only the data that is needed
Revbot uses reservation, rate and marketing data to price your rooms and build your reports. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to your guests.
Indonesia's personal data law
Personal data in Indonesia is protected by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Revbot follows this law and does everything in its power to keep your hotel's and your guests' data safe.
